2-Bedroom Apartment

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This 2-bedroom apartment was converted to 1-bedroom sometime in the past, but we returned it to a 2-bedroom and added new closets. We reconfigured the bathroom to make room for a bathtub, and added heated floors under the new slate tile. We installed all new energy efficient windows as well as a new door and new bamboo flooring throughout. The all new kitchen features concrete-look quartz counters, under cabinet lighting, flat panel doors, and black stainless steel appliances including a Zline dual fuel range. The black accent tile in the bathroom is the same as the kitchen backsplash, but different grout color gives it a totally different look.
