There’s a smart TV over the fireplace, and a second smaller smart TV in the guest room. Guests have full access to the entire house, deck, and yard. During low tide, you can walk down the stairs to skip stones on the water; during high tide, the water comes right to the sea wall just beyond the new deck. Gray’s Beach is a 5-minute drive away (or a 5-minute walk along the water if it’s low tide).
Both the full bathroom and half bath feature heated floors with slate tile and Kohler fixtures. Tub/Shower in full bathroom has a hand shower as well. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and blackout curtains. First floor has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress. and new ductless mini-split central A/C in each bedroom and in main living areas.
