Windflower Condo

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The buyers for this condo used Allison as their buyers’ agent as well as using PZC for their renovation. The previous seller had already done a major remodel, but the buyers were looking for some additional features. We added the new custom bar in the open kitchen/dining area as well as a new backsplash in the kitchen. The buyers were also hoping to move the laundry room inside from the garage, and we were able to turn the unfinished attic space into a laundry and bonus room with extra storage. We particularly love the cable railing in the new stairway leading up to the laundry/bonus room! We also built a new Trex deck so they can better enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
