Pacelli Zepka Corp. prides itself on maintaining an elite level of quality in all of the services we provide: real estate sales, home renovations, new builds, interior design, property management, and more. 

The real estate and design/renovation divisions of our company have a natural synergy to them and complement each other daily in our business. For example, we talk to  renovation clients about the market value they can expect of their homes when work is complete.  We also help real estate clients decide if a potential  renovation project will pay off or not in terms of increased resale value. Seth Zepka, CSL, reviews the home inspection reports for all our real estate clients and offers a contractor’s perspective on the severity of any issues that arise as well as potential costs for repairs. 

Our vast and varied knowledge of all facets of home ownership allows us to advise you at every step of your journey, guiding you through as many parts of the story as you like.

Allison Pacelli

Designer/Broker

Allison Pacelli is the designated broker for Pacelli Zepka Corp. She is licensed in both MA, VT, and NY now. Allison has worked extensively in real estate and design/renovation. She has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Brown University and a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Union College. She is an award-winning teacher and has been a tenured professor of mathematics at Williams College since 2003.

A problem solver and teacher at heart, Allison relishes answering all of her clients’ questions about every aspect of the process, from timelines to financing to renovation options. She loves finding the hidden potential of a home, and helping her clients see the possibilities rather than what is in front of them. Design is about not just aesthetics, but functionality, and creating the right flow through a home can be completely transformative. Buying, selling, or renovating a home can be a stressful process but we want to give you all the information and guidance you need to make the process more fun than frustrating!

Seth Zepka

Builder/Consultant

Seth Zepka is a general contractor. In addition to his work for Pacelli Zepka Corp, he owns the commercial construction company Souliere & Zepka Construction. Seth has a B.A. in psychology and political science with a minor in business from Siena College. He has both an unrestricted construction supervisor license (CSL) and home improvement contractor license in MA as well as certifications in scaffold safety, rigging safety, hoisting engineering, and OSHA 30 occupational safety and training. He is licensed throughout the entire northeast, including VT and NY, as well. He is an expert in structural work, but works in every facet of residential, commercial, federal, industrial, and civil construction, and enjoys bringing an elite level of construction into the residential world.
